How to reach us
Email support@merchanttools.eu. The fastest way is the Support page inside each app: its “Email support” button opens a message with a diagnostics block already filled in (your store domain, plan, recent jobs and errors — no customer data), which lets us reproduce the issue without asking you anything.
Chat. In MT: Stocktake & Stock Count (Shopify) and MT: Inventory Count & History (Wix), the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the app reaches us directly and already tells us which store or site you are writing from. We are online Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Paris time; outside those hours, leave your message and the answer also arrives by email.
If you write directly, please include your .myshopify.com domain or your Wix site address, the app name, what you did, what you expected, and roughly when it happened.
What we may ask
- A screenshot or short screen recording of the issue.
- The name of your theme (for storefront blocks: Search by SKU, Part Number; Omnibus Price & EU GARAN).
- Occasionally, temporary collaborator access to your store through the Shopify Partner Dashboard — you approve it, you can revoke it, and we never ask for a password.
Common questions
Where do I change or cancel my plan? In the app's main page, “Manage plan” opens the billing page of Shopify or Wix. Billing is handled entirely by the platform; there is nothing to cancel with us.
What happens to my data if I uninstall? On Shopify, everything the app stored for your store is deleted immediately, and again when Shopify sends its 48-hour redaction request. On Wix, the app stops at once and all data is deleted within 30 days (reinstalling in that window restores your settings). Details in our privacy policy.
Do your apps write to my store? Only what the app is for, only when you trigger it, and every write is listed in the app (Settings › writes log). MT: Search by SKU, Part Number never writes at all.
Which themes are supported? Storefront features (search bar, Omnibus block) support Dawn and Online Store 2.0 themes. Admin-only apps (MT: Stocktake & Stock Count, MT: Serial & Lot Tracking) work with any theme.
