What we do
Merchant Tools builds and publishes small, focused apps for merchants who sell by reference — auto parts, industrial supplies, electronics, spare parts, and food or cosmetics sold in lots. Each app does one job: find a product by its exact SKU or part number, count stock with a phone camera, track serial numbers and lots through orders, or display the EU Omnibus 30-day lowest price.
We publish on the Shopify App Store and the Wix App Market. All development, support and maintenance is done in-house — we do not resell or white-label other people's software.
How we work
- One job per app. No suites, no dashboards full of features nobody asked for.
- Flat pricing. A fixed monthly price — never per search, per scan, per serial or per product.
- Minimal permissions. Each app asks only for the scopes it actually uses, and every write to a merchant's store is logged and visible inside the app.
- Native look. Shopify apps use Polaris, Wix apps use the Wix Design System, so nothing feels bolted on.
- Your data stays yours. Deleted on uninstall, never sold, never used for advertising. See our privacy policy.
Where we are
Merchant Tools is run from France. Our servers and databases are hosted in the European Union (Paris and Frankfurt), which keeps merchant data under EU jurisdiction and GDPR by default.
